Yoga del Soul

Yoga del Soul was created as a resource for people who are looking to live happier, more peaceful lives by shifting and unlocking blocked energies in the body, mind, and soul. Our SOLID SOUL approach will help you achieve this.

Life can feel overwhelming. We are often in a constant state of stress brought on by worry, trauma, and fear. When we are in this state we are not allowing ourselves to flow naturally, we become blocked. This resistance manifests physically in the way we move, eat, and think which can lead to poor habits and rituals.

The SOLID SOUL approach encourages you on your journey and helps you create a sustainable transformation. It provides practical ways to connect your mind, body, and soul and to live a more authentic way of life.

Whether  you are looking to awaken your spirit with a retreat, need resources to help find your purpose/ face your fears or wanting to know how to take care of your body and mind with a holistic product we stand behind, the SOLID SOUL approach is for you!

" The work never ends, but now I have the tools. I spent many years trying to follow the social norms of the American rat-race while living in the South as a young bride in her twenties. I thought I had to fulfill certain expectations on a particular timeline. I didn't listen to my intuition or pay attention to any of my own BIG dreams/ goals. I numbed the little voice inside  telling me that this was not who I was. I created unnecessary pressures trying to make things happen, instead of allowing things to happen. I was on auto-pilot and never took time to breathe or align my mind, body and soul's purpose. I did not make time to become self-aware, I did not live from intention and purpose. I did not think I could improve my quality of life by doing the work inside."- Leah Klatzker

Leah Klatzker is certified as a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner and the owner of Yoga Del Soul Georgia, a destination yoga business. She studied yoga on the magical island of Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Leah has practiced yoga for over ten years, and began yoga to help heal a back injury in her early twenties. The meditation aspect of yoga and getting into the body and out of the mind, was an awakening for her. She began to listen to herself and help others learn how to feel more connected and alive.
